As mentioned before, Ginny and I raced into the 21st century a couple months ago and bought smart phones. On our recent trip, they were very useful for many things. I like the CopilotGPS AP which provided excellent real time traffic information. Ginny liked looking stuff up on Wikipedia and the dictionary. Lots of cool things to do. One thing I was interested in was listening to podcasts. We tried a couple short ones, but Ginny wasn't going to stand for it. When we got home I started listening to a series by Mike Rowe (of dirty jobs fame). One of them was about something that happened right here in Clear Lake. You can listen to the podcast here.
