Project Day 76 - Exile Day 26 - The only thing going on at the house today was painting. There is a lot of it to be done. Not only the cabinets, but all the walls and ceilings in the whole house except for our master bedroom. Our contractor said to expect another week of painting.

The guys are using an oil based primer and color coat. Of course that generates fumes as it dries. Although they set up exhaust fans, the fumes perisit. Ginny likes to spend her spare time sorting through stuff and needs a place to work. Inside the fumes are a problem, so she set up shop in the garage on the one sofa we have left and has a little office space that works well and is very comfortable. We held onto that sofa for a while so there was a comfortable place to sit. It is not going back into the house. Lucky me, we are going furniture shopping when the project is finished.
