Day 43-The big news today was that we signed the contract and have a project start date for the remodeling job. That would be next Thursday. It is good to have a target date to complete our preparations. That means a week from today we will check into the Candlewood Suites where we are going to live while all this is going on. I still don't have a real idea for the length of the project, but eight weeks is what is in the back of my mind.

Today's photo needs some explanation. We have one small window in our master bathroom. It has always had a curtain over it. Ginny took that out, leaving a bare frosted window. She couldn't stand it. It needed decorating. During the packing process she came across two stained glass pieces which would fit in the space. I think the purpose is to get a feeling what stained glass would do in that place since clearly the ones she found should be used in portrait orientation. I am guessing that there will be a new stained glass piece in the near future.
