And so here it is New Year's Eve. As usual, Ginny and I are not going to stay up long enough to watch any of the crap on TV. We popped the cork on a bottle of champagne, watched Big Bang Theory and then settled down to do the most important thing we do every year. We made our annual list of all the good things that happened during the year. It provides a good family history and it also helps us recognize that lots of good stuff did happen this year. We are very fortunate and I hope that my pBase friends can also sit down and reflect on the previous year and find all the good things that happened.

So, as I write this it is just turning 9:00 pm here in Houston. Half a bottle of champagne and a nice dram of MaCallan 12 year old single malt Scotch means that it is time to hit the rack. Just to show I am in the New Year Spirit, I went to You Tube and watched the fireworks in Sydney.
