My efforts continue on my whisky making project. I was doing some comparison tasting between a 68 day and 154 day aging schedule. I was pretty sure that the 154 was better, but I needed an expert opinion. So I asked Ginny to sample them. It was a blind test because I didn't tell her anything about them. She said she liked them both and that the 154 day was better. What a woman! Either she is humoring me or I am really making some progress. I choose the latter explanation.
