Today is my middle son Robert's 31st birthday. Tempus Fugit. Anyway it is interesting how times have changed. We always send a birthday card by snail mail, being sure to enclose a check so they can do something for their birthday. That is tradition. In addition, we sent an email, an ipad message and a greeting on Facebook. We talked to him on the phone. Rob sent back a photo of himself enjoying a liter of beer in Epcot. I guess you could say his birthday greetings were well communicated in several media.
