This was our last full day in Sitka. We kept on the go until early afternoon when we decided to get a print made to send to our friends in Juneau. One of the things we did was attend a Native Alaskan dance demonstration. It was interesting. They even had some youngsters participating. For the last one they invited the audience to participate. Ginny never misses a chance to do this so off she went to join the group. I volunteered to stay behind and take pictures. Our visit to Sitka was fairly long compared to what there is to see. We kept busy and enjoyed everything we did. I like to take my time in new places. When we are on our own, as we are most of the time, we can decide what pace to keep. Ginny likes it a little faster and I like it a little slower. Either way we have a great time. As far as this trip is concerned, we still have four more weeks of excitement in store for us. Today we join an 11 day small boat cruise to Southeast Alaska. This should be fun. We have been told that this particular boat has very good food. We are both looking forward to a seafood extravaganza.
