As I was working on my scanning project I came across a photo that really made me smile. This is my oldest son Richard at the 1993 National Boy Scout Jamboree standing out in the rain with his rain gear on. The reason that I smiled was I remembered what our family and my scouts would do in case of rain. In case of rain we would use Plan B which is Plan A with rain gear. Our troop was fortunate to be camped where there was good soil and drainage. Other troops weren't so lucky.
