Today's photo is the 5000th frame I have scanned in my scanning project. I have done 201 rolls of film. Mostly negatives, but sometimes the negatives are missing and I scan the prints. I have to say that things are going pretty smoothly. I solved two major problems. The first was a computer problem. Turned out that a memory stick wasn't making good contact. It was intermittent, of course, which makes things hard to find. The other was with the scanner. I found that my procedures for securing the tray and properly feeding it to the machine were lacking. That is all squared away now. Keep Calm and Start scanning.
