I like to cook. Today I decided to make a beef stew. The particular type of beef stew today was refrigerator surprise. I cleaned out the vegetables in the refrigerator and put them in the stew. As you can see in the photo, I have all the ingredients ready to go. The high falutin' cooking shows call this "mise en place" which is French for "get your act together." So I put it all together and it was very good.
