This is my grill photographed at 4 am this morning. I was up and about getting a pork shoulder ready to put on for 12 or more hours. That sounds like a long time to cook something, but the result is truly remarkable. I love pulled pork sandwiches, and that is what we are having this evening when the meat comes out of the cooker. Pat and Becca are coming over for the festivities. This is going to be real good!
