We had a long driving day heading from Colorado Springs to Albuquerque. We made a stop in Santa Fe to see the New Mexico State Capitol. Compared to most others it was rather conservative. We had a nice time looking around inside. It seemed more functional than opulent. We also stopped at the San Miguel Mission which was established in 1610. Then we headed out to Albuquerque to stay with our friends the Parrys.
