Today in Amsterdam we boarded the Amadolce, belonging to AMA Waterways. It was the start of a three week river cruise from Amsterdam to Rousse, Bulgaria near the Black Sea. We are going to end the trip with three days in Istanbul. Having never done one of these things before, we are really not sure how it is going to. Expectations are quite high. It looks like tons of fun. The best part is that I don't have to pack a suitcase for three weeks.
