It was a beautiful day, so I decided to go flying. I had spent the last week doing a massive clean up on the hangar, so the time for a joy ride was definitely at hand. I headed out to the practice area and did some turns about a point. The I decided to do some chandelles. As I went to full throttle, I thought the engine didn't sound exactly right. I flew home and did a run up and found that the right magneto was misbehaving. It was fine on the run up before take off. So I headed back to the hangar and put the airplane away. Well, if nothing else, I have something to work on in the morning.
The GoPro looks very good. Also reasonably priced. I was planning to try some video with my G11 if I could figure some way to rig it in the airplane. Unfortunately the G11 does not have an aux mic input, but it looks like the GoPro does have that. I was figuring to patch it into the aircraft intercom and radio to make things more interesting. I have to be careful at the rate of toy acquisition. Ginny is getting suspicious.
