We did the first of about a dozen snorkeling adventures today off the island of Santiago near the island of Bartolome. I brought along an underwater housing for my G-11. This was the first time I ever used it. It developed a slow leak, and I got out of the water right away before the camera got wet. I finally figured out (after several days) that the only thing I needed to do was properly lubricate the seal. After that it worked fine. Anyway, today I was rewarded with this shot of a sea turtle. One thing I found for sure was that underwater photography was damn hard to do.
