Today was Ginny's birthday, so we celebrated in typical family fashion - we ate a good meal. I smoked a brisket. Add some beer batter bread, potato salad (Ginny makes great potato salad), corn on the cob and a beer, and you are looking at some real good eating. Also lots of leftovers. The brisket was 12 pounds!
