We arrived in Adelaide on the Ghan Train a little after lunch. After checking into the hotel we had the afternoon free so we went walking around. It was a little rainy. One thing about this trip was that for the most part the weather was really very good, today being an exception. We decided to have a go at the South Australia Museum. It was nice, but as with so many things in Australia, you are bombrded with all this aboriginal stuff which gets to be a little boring after a while. Personally, I think the aboriginal art is nothing to write home about and certainly nothing to spend money on. The Australians just seem to have this guilt complex about the aborigines so they idolize them everywhere. After we finished this museum, we headed to an art museum. As you probably know, art in general really pukes me up. The way I figure it, if some object looks like crap, it is probably art. Ginny went around the museum for a little over an hour until it closed and I sat and snoozed on a bench.
