It was a clear day in Astoria. That is unusual. On a day like this I like to go up to the Astoria Column and have a look out at the panorama of the mouth of the Columbia River. On the way back down we spotted some deer in a yard, right in the middle of town. Well, we always brake for animals, and Ginny got this shot of Bambi munching on somebody's nice garden.
