The Bowpicker is a restaurant built in a boat (a bowpicker) which is only a kitchen. They have some picnic tables outside. They make very good fish and chips, but the fish is tuna, not haddock or codfish. I know that John Cooper is probably agahst at the thought. Tuna is just a bit too strong to make really good fish and chips. But it is good, and it is one of Ginny's favorite restaurants.
I like Tuna, but I would never eat the combination of Tuna and Chips.
Real Fish and Chips will always be a white fish.
Most popular being Cod, next is Rock Salmon (which of course is not Salmon).
In some places it is Whiting, which is very nice.
I seldom eat Fish and Chips now because I cannot find a shop which has the ability to cook them properly.
Most shops close to my home serve up a disgusting meal of Fish and Chips which I would not feed to a dog.
