One of the nice things about living in a motorhome (as opposed to a tent or motel) is that you can cook anything you want any time you want. Today Ginny and I are scheduled to do visitor surveys at Fort Clatsop. This process really doesn't allow any breaks, so I decided that a hearty breakfast late in the morning (you might call it brunch if you are of the more refined type, which I am not) would do to take me through from 11am to 4pm. So I whipped up some sausage eggs and toast. Great breakfast. It worked, I wasn't hungry all day long.
