It was a beautiful morning so I decided to go flying. I made a fuel run up to Baytown Airport (HPY) which is a whopping 9 miles from LaPorte. This is Tommy, a retired guy who is at the airport as the manager's right hand man. You will note that today's price for gas is $3.75. That is one of the cheapest around for 100 low lead. I was looking at airnav.com, which lists fuel prices, and noted that the highest place around was at Atlantic Aviation at Hobby airport (HOU) where the price was $6.07. You have to be careful. Besides it is fun to go to Baytown because Tommy and Charlie are good friends to all.
