Today is Valentine's Day. I like Valentines Day. We always do something special. Usually that has to do with food. This year Ginny decided we should have steaks. Works for me. I made some baked sweet potato fries (thanks to Robert for the idea and recipe), dipping sauce for the fries, sweet potato casserole and we nuked some asparagus. So here we are getting ready to enjoy a great meal.
