We hauled the left over turkey back from Robert and Laura's house in Alpharetta. Now, I know that not everybody is a fan of turkey leftovers. I am certainly not. But, at our house, Ginny has devised a way to turn those left overs into a great dish. She makes gumbo, the world's best. So here she is boning the turkey. That pot you see to her left will eventually hold the gumbo batch. It will be full to the brim. That means over 3 gallons of gumbo. Stay tuned.
