My boys are really very astute when it comes to many things. I was talking with David and mentioned that I was trying to figure out what snacks to make for the Georgia Tech/Georgia game (in addition to beer, of course). I said I was torn between pizza and chips and queso. He said that was an easy one, have both (he is a real smart kid). And that is what we did. We made an "augmented" pizza and I whipped up a batch of queso. I should mention that our pizza weighed a mere 4 pounds. So here I am about to head upstairs to watch the game. As you probably already know, Tech lost to Georgia 30-24. The Tech defense was a sieve and the Georgia defense seemed to have dialed in on the triple option. SO it goes. Next week it is Clemson for the ACC title. I sure as hell won't have pizza and queso this time. I think that jinxed them. I will call David and consult about the proper snacks in preparation for the next game.

Actually, Shiner is OK beer. I would rather have Sierra Nevada or St. Arnold. I'll call the breweries and put in a good word for Michigan.

Only Shiner we have around her is the Bock.
What's up with that?
Think you could put in a good word for Michigan???

Larry - I did not actually eat the entire bowl of queso. Actually, as the game progressed, I lost my appetite. Carl - yup. I have the sneaking feeling that they make Shiner Black by blending Bock with a lager, just sayin'

Wouldn't it be wiser to eat less, while waiting for this to be ready?
