The bus is going to St Georges Hospital.
A place well known for murdering its patients.
In 2010 a 22 year old man Kane Gorney was in the hospital for treatment.
Due to neglect from indifferent nurses he was refused water or anything to drink.
In agony from dehydration and a raging thirst he rang the police.
The police arrived at the hospital, spoke to the young man, and spoke to a doctor who assured them that Mt Gorney was being well looked after.
The police left. The nurses still could not be bothered to look after him and a while later he died in terrible pain from dehydration.
A hospital spokesman said "we are very sorry".
A short while after this my wife was sent by our doctor for surgery at St Georges.
She declined the offer. Every person I know can tell horror stories about treatment at St Georges.
It is a sad time when people are more frightened of being treated in a hospital than the illness they have.
