This is how you transform bland chicken rice soup into a culinary delight. In my book, it is hard to beat chili powder and picante sauce. All you do is take a can of chicken and rice soup and mix in a heaping teaspoon of chili powder and a quarter cup of picante sauce. Of course, you must use Pace picante sauce since it is made right here in Texas. Throw in a suitable adult beverage, and you are off to the races.
