We are getting a new roof. We hadn't planned on it. There was a minor amount of wind damage so we had the roofing guys come out and have a look. They told us so much money, so we said do it. Well, the actual worker guy came out and fooled around a while and decided the shingles were too old and brittle so he couldn't put in new shingles where needed. They said we needed a new roof since they couldn't repair the old one which they had already torn up in places. I was a touch perturbed by the whole thing. I felt we were victims of a bait and switch.

The roofing company sent a guy out to talk to us and I expressed my displeasure. He said that his guys were all experienced professionals. I asked, leading the witness, why the darned professional he sent originally didn't say we needed a new roof. Then GInny started working on them and she called the president of the company. Bottom line, we are getting a new roof at a very good price.

Now about the moron insurance adjuster. Well, I better stop here before I unleash my entire four letter word vocabulary. Insurance adjusters are only one step above politicians in wallowing at the bottom of the human race.

I asked the Bagwash of Wandsworth for advice on what to do in this situation.
He thought and meditated for a long time and said, in a very deep, profound voice.
"Go away, cant you see I am busy".
Hope that helped you a little bit.

Good deal on getting a good deal!
The Bhagwan Hotair Winbag of Antelope has tried in vain to get politicians and insurance adjusters to seek Enlightenment. Politicians think it is too silly; adjusters think it is too risky. Neither is impressed by sandstone.
