The company that Ginny worked for as a patent agent went under. That was something that was clearly in the cards for a while. Anyway, today she hauled all her patent materials to the office. Now Ginny can sleep in. She likes that. She has started taking on some tutoring students which she seems to like.
Sorry, Dave, forgot that Washingtonians (state, that is) might have a hard time with Texas vernacular. We allow them to live at our house in one hour increments. Defrays some household expenses.
I can relate to stuffing a van with things. I can also relate to sleeping in late. But I can't relate to the company's going out of business. Bummer.
What's the deal with the "tutoring students"? Do they get a degree in tutoring at the end of their studies? By "taking on" do you mean that she's fighting them, ala Bush's "Bring 'em on!" attitude? Or do you mean that they are living at your house to subsidize the mortgage payment? Please clarify this for your confused surfing public (sleep is being lost over this). Thank you.
