We visited Cheyenne on August 11, 2015. We hit it lucky in two respects. First, it was a beautiful day to take exterior photos. Second, the building was open to visitors. When planning our trip the literature said most of the interior would be closed for renovations, but because of budget reasons, the project had not started so we could see the whole building. Lucky us! This was the 27th capitol we have visited.
