Sorry, but I don't have any information about the church. I was driving back form a shoot in west Texas for the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department when I saw the church out of the corner of my eye. I turned around and quickly shot the church, then headed home to El Rancho Notsogrande about 40 miles east of Austin. The thing I like about the photo is the near perfect symmetry of the shadows.
I'd suggest you contact the Fredericksburg Chamber of Commerce for information. Surely they know something, or they know somebody who knows someting.

I just shot this church last weekend, but it appeared to be vacant...Do you know the history of this building or the name of this church? I've found what I believe is another image of the same building...but can't be positive it's the same one. The one I shot was on Hwy 290 just east of the Nimitz Naval Museum.
