Anderson Molding

In my never ending quest to finish the addition I discovered that I was missing a molding on one of my anderson windows. I had three choices; go to Mid Cape and order a new one , go to mid cape and try and look through the parts bin, if they have one, both of which would have taken an hour or more out of my day, or as I did make the frekin thing..
The key to it all was making the molding in two separate pieces. Anderson molded it all out of one piece and then they dado out the part for the awning window crank. I just recreated the top and then the bottom and glued it together. The only tricky part was cutting the ends so they would mate with the side moldings..

Not a tremendous feat but it came out so well that I had to record it..

Take a peek!
