Mourners of at the graveside during the mass burial of the victims of R-101 airship disaster.
The R-101 crashed shortly after 2:00am 0n 5 Oct 1930 near Allonne, France while en route from Cardington, England to Karachi, India (now Pakistan)
Of the 54 passengers and crew on board 46 were lost in the crash with 2 more passing later in hospital
The remains were returned to England and lay in state in the Palace of Westminster, a memorial service was held in St Paul's Cathedral after which the bodies were transported to Cardington where they were buried in a common grave.
