Another from my morning walks at the arboretum (did a lot of those over the past few months)
This is Mowat the Barred Owl from Wild Ontario which is based at the University of Guelph. The photo was taken while a handler was taking him for a walk around the arboretum
Mowat can't be released into the wild as a result of injuries received when struck by a vehicle.
