This one had me guessing for a while, it's definitely Canada with the CP rail car in the background, the uniforms were fine but the slouch hats threw me off, I couldn't find any Canadian units wearing them during WW1.
After a bit of digging and looking through museum photos I found that some Canadian troops wore very similar hats during the Boer War, this is probably troops returning from that conflict.
