HUP helicopter is over RCN Algerine escort vessel HMCS Wallaceburg and "fence" is netting around flight deck of ice breaker HMCS Labrador towing or breaking ice for Wallaceburg CLOSE BEHIND in the Northwest Passage in 1955.
