Corporal William Andrew Doak RCMP
During the night of 1 April 1922 Cpl Doak was shot and killed in his sleep by a young Inuk prisoner at the Tree River RCMP Post in the North West Territories.
The perpetrator, Alikomiak was subsequently hanged for the crime
