The heat has arrived here now, 39-40C with heat index, time to be careful of how we deal with it. Hope you are still doing well

I am being super careful.
Drinking 4 litres of liquid a day.
All windows open, Fans moving the air about.
This is the first time in my quite long life I have had to take these precautions.
