Same here Tom,
Councils have rubbish tips for residents but make it very difficult to actually dump your rubbish.

I always think if the city, town or village would make it easier and cheaper to get rid of "junk" it would benefit them as much as the residence. Very expensive here to have this type junk hauled away these days, even a smaller amount
