It was a total shock to see Stephens name on this seat.
He was a member of the same club as me for many years.
I never knew he had passed away.
This is the first and only time I have recognised a name on a public seat.
And there are thousands of them everywhere.
A short time after I saw the seat it was removed and a different one replaced it.
