Gary, I have never heard of one being hit by a car, but I think it is cruel putting horses in this situation.
It is strange to me how most Animal Lovers show little respect to animals.

Makes sense. I thought they were only allowed like special occasions, holidays, etc.

Not only that, John. They get hit by cars and have to be put down. The city of Montreal made a law effective 1/01/2020 to forbid them. We, in Victoria, BC, are hoping they do the same thing here. It's cruel to have them weaving between two ton vehicles on city streets.
