Harley Davidson is heavily involved with HOG, its the best kind of advertising when people drive around with colourful signs on their backs.
I learned something here. I didn't even know what HOG stands for.

Thats because he isnt.
Thats the colours (backpatch) of the Harley Owners Group (HOG), They pay a contribution to the HA (Hells Angels) to ensure the HOG riders do not get any hassle.
And that area patch... I bet its a many thousand pound membership fee.
