Dave, almost all my shooting was done at 25 yards. I never noticed if heavy rain affected the accuracy of the shot. Possibly shooting a rifle at a thousand yards the bullet might be affected as there is more chance it would hit a raindrop or two. I have asked a lot of shooters if rain affects their accuracy, nobody has ever said yes.
