I'm sure it's a clone, but it most likely looks different to you because it's the smaller 289 V8 engine version the call the "slab side" where as most you see are the larger looking with 427 engine power and wide wheel well flares to cover wide tires.

Could even be the earlier AC Ace, Its been a while since I've seen any AC cars now.

There are a few AC Cobra's in London, they are not like this.
Maybe it was one of the first.

Its either a real AC Cobra, or a clone.
There are more copies than originals of these, some are good enough to fool a genuine owner.
