I have some advice: when you become waterborne, do try to avoid publicity stunts that involve guiding the canoe close to rocks that are not marked on your charts, especially in Italian waters.
Dave, we did a feasability study on hitting an iceberg, the result of a 13% chance was considered too low to worry about.
However a 75% chance of hitting rocks was just to high to ignore.
We will set up another quango to work on this problem.
There is no shortage of hot air in the Cooper world, so an inflatable canoe should be easy to use. Will it have an inflatable lifeboat to evacuate the crew if the canoe runs into an iceberg or submerged rocks?
Dave, To give you an idea of my fiscal situation, I am presently searching the internet for an Inflatable Canoe.
If it materialises, it will be HMS Cooper.
I live in eternal hope.
