Their main use is to be used for tourist sightseeing vehicles.

And just in September 2015, one of these was in a crash where many people were killed.
On top of a bridge. As the saying goes, "Out west somewhere." (Seattle, Washington, USA)

I think most big cities in the world have them now.
I never realised they made so many Ducks.

These "Duck" Tours seem to be springing up everywhere. There's one in Honolulu too!
