Taken on a slightly cold night. Dr. Jose Rizal Park. This photo is one of my favorites. The trees around the park created a natural "frame" around my subject.

Nice shot. I'm also suprised about the name of the park, but really glad that even in the U.S Dr. Jose Rizal is honored.
