It's so nice to see Cape Spear ... I was there for the official opening by Chuck and Di. I spent a lot of time at cape Spear when I lived in St Johns. Drove out there one New Years day because there was the most incredible wind storm - the waves were crashing up over the cliff ... scarey as hell ... but breathtaking at the same time, just to be witneessing the forces of nature!
