I have completed your suggestion, and the circle, and have again the original B+W cropped and posted. Thanks Sebas for your cooperation. I appreciate your assistance very much!

I prefer the b+w because the truck on the background attracts too much attention with the red letters. The two people get a better place in the picture in more contrasty b+w. But that is only my opinion. The crop really works.

Thanks Sebas, I cropped it and now looks better. However this second version has colour now.

Nice! But I would say to crop it. The left part is not adding anything to the composition.
