719 Federal Ave E

1920 house on Capitol Hill, Seattle. Now a 4-plex; 3 long-term rentals; 1 vacation rental, The Cottage.
We purchased this property April, 2016. We started work on the garage that we have named The Cottage in early May. Our first guest in the vacation rental (VRBO) arrived in mid-November.

Dave did all of the work with the exception of taping and mudding, and the installation of cabinets, wall bed and shower walls. He did do quite a bit of touch up on the mud after the hired person left. He had a very small amount of help from James, Brian, Dave's Dad, me and our friend, David, visiting from New Zealand.
