We spent a day at Gatorland. We went - not for the alligators - but for the bird rookery in the back part. It is a very large rookery. We arrived early and stayed late. Unfortunately it had rained before we arrived and many of the birds were rather drippy. I also found it difficult to get clear images. Lots of background got in the way. But there is lots to see and enjoyable to watch. The alligator part is not that great. The Alligator Farm in St. Augustine is much better for alligators and in my opinion for their bird rookery as well, althought it is smaller.
